Concentration of knowledge and information, in the hands of a few who are in a position to take decisions often skews development in favour of a select community. Small producers and marginal groups tend to be marginalized as their knowledge systems are ignored, unrecognised or even derecognized.

Knowledge flows across disciplines requires keeping several communication channels open in diverse ways. Anthra’s approach is to enable the sharing and exchange of knowledge across and between disciplines by providing appropriate spaces and platforms.
