On 17th February 2012, Anthra , the Gorus initiative , Hari Bhari Tokri , Mumbai , and representatives of Slow food India along with chefs , gourmets and food enthusiasts got together at the Farm of Ashwin Paranjape ,in Nanegaon near Pune . Mr. Robert Paget and Mr. Bejamin both members of slow food Austria shared their experiences as well as techniques on making cheese and other products with Buffalo milk .
