Our programmes and projects are designed
keeping in mind the needs of livestock rearing communities
especially those from marginal areas and backgrounds.
Special attention is paid to the needs of women from
these communities.
New projects and programmes evolve from the learnings
of previous projects thus providing a thread of continuity.
The projects also retain a flexible nature to respond
to emerging needs.
Our approach usually begins with identifying a problem
with communities, conducting research on the problem,
designing feasible solutions after validating them
with the community, sharing the ideas with others
through our training programmes, workshops and publications.
