    The XXVI Annual Conference and National Symposium :of the Indian Poultry Science association was held in Mumbai at the Dept. of Poultry Sciences, Bombay Veterinary College, Parel between the 22nd and 24th of October 2009. The Theme of the Workshop was Indian Poultry Sector and Global Scenario. The Workshop was further categorized across four topics namely : Genetics, Breeding and Biotechnology, Nutrition and Feed technology Management, Physiology and Poultry Science Education and Avian health, post harvest technology and marketing. The Conference was attended by Poultry Scientists from across the country. Dr. Gayatri Rajurkar from ANTHRA attended the conference.
