    • On 17th February 2012, Anthra, the Gorus initiative, Hari Bhari Tokri, Mumbai, and representatives of Slow food India along with chefs, gourmets and food enthusiasts got together at the Farm of Ashwin Paranjape,in Nanegaon near Pune. Mr. Robert Paget and Mr. Bejamin both members of slow food Austria shared their experiences as well as techniques on making cheese and other products with Buffalo milk.
